Overview

Lúmina House was born from the dialogue with its owners and from the desire to transform two different visions into a coherent architecture. Rather than imposing a style, the project starts from listening to how the house should feel and how it should be inhabited. The proposal is organized in two volumes that adapt naturally to the topography of the land, freeing up areas for the landscape and allowing the house to breathe. The layout, the proportions and the light input were precisely worked to achieve a balanced, clear and deeply connected house with its environment.

Result

A glass bridge articulates both bodies and generates an intermediate space that orders routes and allows light to cross the house, illuminating patios and social areas. The interiors were conceived under an essential premise: architecture must accompany daily life with serenity and functionality. Honest materials, coherent decisions and a well-resolved layout build environments where rustic and contemporary coexist without conflict. Casa Lúmina demonstrates how a home designed based on dialogue, context and precision can become a lasting, authentic and tailor-made place for those who inhabit it.
