Overview

The San Francisco Suite was born from the transformation of an old office into a 30 m² living space, located in front of Plaza San Francisco. The project is based on a clear strategy: integrating bedroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom into a continuous, functional and visually ordered environment. Every decision was aimed at maximizing the available footage without sacrificing comfort or identity. The use of mustard color as a chromatic axis provides character and warmth, while light wood and neutral tones create continuity and balance in the whole.

Result

The layout optimizes every square meter through integrated furniture and customized solutions that eliminate the unnecessary and enhance the spatial experience. The orientation of the bed towards the square allows natural light and views to be incorporated as an active part of the design. The bathroom extends the chromatic identity of the project, consolidating a coherent and memorable atmosphere. The San Francisco Suite demonstrates how a compact space, when designed with precision and judgment, can become a contemporary, versatile and highly attractive proposal for investment and premium income.
